The Sacking of AVB

So as most of you know, Chelsea manager AVB has been sacked recently (along with the Wolves manager). This leaves many question marks fro Chelsea. Who do you guys think will replace him? Do you think it was fair to fire AVB so soon? Does Chelsea have a long term plan? Will the new manager put up with the lack of goals coming from Fernando Torres? If not, where do you think he will go?
