Manchester City 3-3 Sunderland

Another bad result for Manchester City as they can only take one point away from their clash with Sunderland on Saturday. There was a silver lining though, as City managed to come back from 3-1 down within a minute to get a point out of the fixture, but if their bad form continues, it could cost them the league. United remains two points at the top of the table and with a game still to come, they could extend it to five points. If United can keep grinding out the results, and City continues their poor form, then they Manchester United vs. City game may not even matter.
What did you guys think of the game? Should City have won? Does City still have a chance in the title race?

Klas-Jan Huntelaar to Manchester United?

A not so new name arises again today, as 28 year old, Huntelaar is linked with ANOTHER move Manchester United. However it seems a lot more likely now, as Berbatov is set to leave during the summer, along with Michael Owen. He is rumored to be worth around 12 mil. What do you guys think? Would this be a good buy?

Manchester United 1-0 Fulham

A tightly fought win for United as they make their way back to the top of the table, but now with a 3 point lead! After City dropped points on the weekend, it only made this win even better for United. It was a hard battle, but in the end, Evan's great vision got the ball to Rooney, who scored, like he usually does. Fulham played well, but United managed to win the game, with a couple of great saves from De Gea, to return to the top of the table. What did you guys think of the game? Who was the man of the match? Will United go on to win the league?

Manchester City 1-1 Stoke City

Great performance today by Stoke, City may have been a bit lucky to get even a point out of it, but a great game none the less. An amazing Peter Crouch goal was soon after followed by a Yaya Toure goal off a deflection. Manchester City continues to struggle against the small clubs, which could be a very good sign for title rivals Manchester United. What do you think? Can City still win? Should they have won today?

Agent Confirms Berbatov Agreeing Deal With New Club

Some sad news, or good news (depending on how you look at it), as Berbatov's agent confirms that a deal has been agreed upon with another club for the buying up Berbatov. His time at United was not as good as it could have been, and with him being so low down on the pecking order, Berbatov is forced to look elsewere for play time. This is sad that United will lose a top player (despite how little he played), yet it is good because a lot of money could be gotten out of this. Shortly after this agreement, a link with Mario Gotze popped up, and with the money from Berbatov, and an in sight first place finish, could Gotze be on his way to United? Berbatov used to be very successful in Germany, and could be used to sweeten the deal with Dortmund. You will be missed Berba, and all your accomplishments will never be forgotten. What do you guys think? Is this good for Berbatov? Or for United? Should Gotze come? How much will Berbatov go for?

Mario Gotze to Join Manchester United?

Transfer rumors arise today that United are willing to shell out 30 mil to sign this hot young talent. With Berbatov almost certainly leaving in the Summer, and a first place finish in sight, United could have the extra cash to spend on their midfield, and considering how much Fergie likes buying young players, this young lad looks perfect for the job. What do you guys think? Should United buy him? Or go for a more experienced midfielder?

Get Well Soon Muamba

So I am sure you all heard of what happened to Muamba, and join me in sympathy for the player. However, today one of Muamba's friends confirmed he is starting to speak again, and recognize people, which can only be a good think. So, leave your wishes for Muamba below! Get well soon mate!

Berbatov To Leave Manchester United in The Summer

So, Berbatov's agent came out today and officially said that Berbatov will be leaving Manchester United during this summer's transfer window. Could this just be a way of trying to get Berbatov some more playing time? I don't know, but either way, I think it is a good thing. Berbatov is immensely talented, and on another team could be a real star player, he just doesn't fit United's play style. Plus, we would not want to turn into a Manchester City and kill careers by keeping talented players always on our bench. What do you guys think of this? Were will he go? How much will he go for? Could he get traded for another player?

Chelsea 5-2 Leicester City

A high scoring day in the Premier League as Chelsea score 5 on the same day United does. More importantly then the scoreline though is the fact that Torres scored his long awaited goal, and not just one at that, but two! Could this be the turn around for Torres' slump? Along with Torres, Cahill scored his first goal for the club, and Kalou and Meireles scored as well. What did you guys think of the game? Will this spark a change in Torres?

Manchester United 5-0 Wolves

A great win from a great performance today here for Manchester United. After a mild first 40 minutes, with only a goal from Evans (his first goal for the club on his 119th appearance), Zubar received a red card for a challenge on Welbeck, which set the game on fire. From there, Valencia scored a beautiful goal off a fast break from a beautiful pass from Rooney. Then Valencia picked up an assist on a Welbeck goal.
The second half was all United, despite a few good chances from Wolves that De Gea saved magnificently. Chicharito scored two nice goals in the second half, assisted by Valencia and Rafael as Rooney puts in a man of the match performance, despite not scoring any goals.
It looks as if the injury Valencia suffered is behind him, and he is ready to get back to his old ways. Great game from him, and we hope he can continue with this kind of form. This gives United a major boost in goal differential. What did you guys think about the game? Will this win be vital as City takes on Chelsea next?

Jonny Evans Scores His First For United!

On his 119th game for the club, the inform defender, Jonny Evans scores his first goal for United! After a corner from Rooney, Carrick unselfishly tapped the ball to Evans, who scored a simple volley, marking his first goal ever for Manchester United! Keep up the good work Jonny! What did you guys think of the goal? Will this spark his goal scoring hunger?

Fair Play at Its Finest

I just found a video that was very pleasing to my eyes. A player in a lower level Italian team, dove in the box, receiving a penalty, and missed it on purpose. I hope some of the more experienced league players see this and take notes. What do you guys think of this video?

Manchester United to buy Julio Cesar?

Some strange rumors pop up today as the Brazilian international keeper, Julio Cesar, is linked with a move to United. Fergie feels the 32 year old can provide some experience over David De Gea for the next campaign. I for one feel we don't need him, De Gea is just starting to prove himself and I think he should get more game time.
What do you guys think? Would it be a good buy?

Will Arsenal Lose Podolski as Other Bids Come in?

So there are rumors today that Lazio has placed an offer for Podolski, and considering the German international would be interested in a move to Italy, Arsenal might not end up getting him after all. Do you think he will go to Lazio or Arsenal? If he doesn't come to Arsenal, who should they spend the money on?

Manchester City Crash Out of the Europa League

Despite a valiant comeback, and managing to win the game 3-2, Manchester City still is eliminated from Europa League due to goal deficit. Starting off badly saw City 2-0 down, only for them to come back thanks to 2 goals from Aguero, and a Penalty scored by Balotelli. This blows the Europa League wide open as Manchester United and City are no longer in it. Who do you think will win the Europa League?

Eric Abidal to Undergo Liver Transplant

An unfortunate bit of news to the injury prone Left back from Barcelona. It looks like he will be undergoing a Liver Transplant. Get well soon Abidal, you are a great player, and I hope you will get back to fitness and keep up your form!
Leave your wishes for Abidal below!

United Home Kit for 2012/2013

This new kit for United that is said to be next season's Home Kit looks rather decent. Not much of a fan, but don't hate it either. I just hope they have a black away kit. What do you guys think of it? What color do you think should be the away kit?

Amazing Comeback for Chelsea

Despite how I feel for Chelsea, I must admit, they performed admirably last night. Coming back from a 3-1 deficit is no easy feat, but they got it done. The onslaught begun several minutes into the second half as Drogba completed a simple header off a beautiful cross from Ramires. Shortly after, Terry connects with another header from a corner, giving them the 2-0 lead. Right as Chelsea started to feel it was coming, Inler scored a beauty from outside the box to give Chelsea a scare. However, it was not meant to be as Lampard converts a penalty, bringing them to overtime only to have Ivanovic score the game winner. The Chelsea supporters celebrated profusely as the team walked off the pitch.
It looks like England will still have a representative in the Champions League, and I wish them luck. What did you guys think of the game? Does Chelsea have a chance to win the Champions League? If not, who will?

Manchester United Bow Out of the Europa League

A very sad day, and a very poor performance coming from United tonight, as they bow out of the Europa League to a 2-1 loss to Bilbao. Despite a beautiful goal from Rooney, this for a very sad game, especially defensively. United looked like a lower division team tonight, and if they do not pull up their socks and start playing more like champions, then they might not win the Premier League either. I was also very disappointed by Fergie's starting line-up. How did this game make you guys feel?

Tevez to Mark Comeback vs. Chelsea?

Argentine striker, Carlito Tevez, is looking to make his long awaited return for Manchester City when they play Chelsea. Is this bad news for other Premier League clubs who have to face City? Or is his return just going to bring down the moral of the squad (with all of his off the pitch drama).
What do you guys think? Will he score against Chelsea? Will he be in good form? Or will it take him a while to get back to form? Will this tip the title race in City's favor?

Manchester United to Offer 19m for Ajax Pair?

Even more United rumors appear today, as United is said to be willing to shell out 19m to buy Ajax players, Christian Eriksen and Viktor Fischer. Eriksen is a promising young talent that would make an immediate impact at United, were as Fischer, who is only 17 years old, would be a great buy for the future of the club. What do you guys think? Will these guys join United? If not, were will they go? Or will they stay?

Nuri Sahin to Manchester United?

Another interesting rumor pops up today in the news as Nuri Sahin (Real Madrid midfielder), may move to Manchester United. Sahin, who moved to Madrid from Dortmund, is said to be getting frustrated with the lack of starts during his career. United on the other hand are looking to spruce up their midfield, and Sahin could be the ideal target for them. What do you guys think? Will Sahin go to United? Would he be a good buy? Or should they try for another player?

Real Madrid 4-1 Moscow

An impressive win for Real Madrid today as they go into their second leg with Moscow on a 1-1 aggregate. Two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, plus a goal from Higuain and Benzema allow Madrid to ease past Moscow in a 4-1 win today.
What do you guys think of the game? Could Madrid win the Champions League? If not, who will?

FIFA 12 Pro Club Improvements

So after this new FIFA 12 patch I was very disappointed. There was little to nothing added! That got me to thinking, and I thought I would give list of how I feel Pro Clubs should be in the next FIFA game.
Here's how I think they make Clubs:
1) Bring back trophy room (it gives the club something to strive for and show off to newcomers).
2) Along with new stadiums as you level up and club star levels, I feel you should start with lower league kits, and unlock better ones as you level up, so their kit can show how good the club is. As well the higher you get, the more players you should unlock (ex. lvl 5 unlocks Khedira, lvl 30 unlocks Ronaldo) and the manager of a club can choose were all of these players play (but if a player takes their spot, it is just played by their pro). But this would make it so there are no horrible players when you play in clubs, plus it would make being an any be less horrible.
3) Shorten the 5 min rules to 2 min, because 5 minutes is a bit ridiculous.
4) Show more stats (ex. Goals per game, shots vs. goals).
5) Player of the month: last week of the month, all the players in the club are put in a poll, and every club member (who has at least 10 games played) is given a vote, and everyone votes, and the winner is announced player of the month, and he gets some kind of special thing (ex. shiny golden boots, so it's really easy for other players on the other team to see who the club's MVP is). These boots can maybe give you +1 shot, +1 defender, +1 diving, depending on which position they play.
6) Youth team: So you can have people who are not good enough for the starting line up, and instead there is a youth squad that these players play in. So it's the same club, and people can be called up with an easy click of the button, but they play for in a different room, so 2 games can be played for the same club at the same time, but the youth squad will have a different record.
7) Favorite Formation: So the club selects this, and whenever you enter the game room, this formation is already up.
8) Bring back club motto: it made the club feel more original.
9) (Optional) I think it could be cool to implement a money aspect, so the more you play, the more money you get, and wins, draws, and losses all give you different money. And you can buy stadium upgrades/new ones, better players (like I mentioned before, but instead of levels, it's how expensive a player costs, and Ronaldo would cost a ton of money, were as Khedira would cost less). You could also buy new kits, and for your club players, I feel they should all start at a certain price, so whenever a new player enters a club it costs like 100$, which can't be too high, or it would ruin the game (enough that could be won in like 1 game, and the club would start with like $5000 so that you can recruit when you are a new club), but u can offer players raises, and this will give them +1 stats, but would cost a lot of money, so you know if there is a player that your team runs around, you can boost his stats so he plays better. You would only get to upgrade every player like 3 times, so you can't make players too good, but it still gives a little bit more skill. And it adds a new strategy aspect to the game.
10) Emotion buttons: Buttons that allow you to show anger or praise (ex. Press both bumpers at the same time off the ball, or both triggers). This way, people who cannot talk to their teammates because they have no mic, or they are in a Pro Ranked match, can let their teammate know if they did good, or you dislike their decision. I think it would bring the team closer. Plus, if they want to get ever more realistic, the amount of times you use each emotion, can give your player an attitude for other teammates to see.

Well, that is what I think would make the Pro Clubs aspect A LOT better. What do you guys think? Is there anything you do or don't agree with? What would you add? Would you like to see this added?

Marseille Goes Through To Next Round Despite Defeat to Inter Milan

After an admirable performance from Inter Milan on the night, managing to win 2-1, Marseille still go into the next round of the Champions League on away goals. Inter, who won the Champions League two years back, will have to wait until next year to try win again. What do you guys think? Does Marseille have a chance of winning the Champions League? If not, who will win it?

Bayern Munich 7-0 FC Basel

After a shaky first leg seeing Bayern coming into the second leg a goal down on aggregate, the German team managed to get the job down in elegant style tonight. Bayern thrashed FC Basel 7-0 including 4 goals from Gomez and 2 from Robben. This is great result for Bayern, and really shows the other teams in the Champions League they are not one to be taken lightly. What do you guys think? Will Bayern win the Champions League? If not who will?

Liverpool 3-0 Everton

A great result for Liverpool today as they win their match against Everton thanks to a Gerrard hat trick. This is a great result for the team and fans not just because of the three points, but Gerrard and Dalglish have been receiving criticism all season, and this settles the doubt that some of the supporters might have. What do you guys think? Could this be a turn around for Liverpool? Will this hat trick spark more goals from Gerrard?

Anderson Out For The Season?

Some sad news for Manchester United supporters as Anderson is said to have pulled a hamstring during training, and could be out for the rest of the season. This could limit United's choices in the tough title race, and ultimately lead to them losing the title race. What do you guys think? Will this lower United's chances of winning the league?

Podolski Completes Medical At Arsenal

After completing his medical at Arsenal, Podolski is set to make his 10.9m move to the gunners this summer. Recently however another striker was linked with Arsenal, Demba Ba. Could you see him joining them? What do you guys think? Will Ba join as well as Podolski? Is Podolski joining Arsenal foreshadowing Van Persie's departure at the end of the season? If Van Persie stays, will Podolski get much playing time, or how will it change the line up?

Anelka 'Expects' Drogba in Shanghai

So apparently, Anelka expects to be paired up with former Chelsea teammate Drogba in Shanghai next season.  Anelka is said to talk with Drogba frequently, and with Drogba's contract ending at the end of the season, and so many other striking options currently at Chelsea, he may be forced into a move. Anelka's club is said to be so confident that they are saving Drogba's number for him for when he arrives at the club. What do you guys think? Will Drogba join Anelka?

Demba Ba to Arsenal?

Following Arsenal's 2-1 win over Newcastle, rumors hit the news of Arsenal attempting to try and buy Demba Ba, despite also being very close to signing Podolski. Ba was not playing as good as usual today, and considering Podolski is said to be moving to Arsenal, this seems like it is a bit useless. What do you guys think? Would Ba be a good signing for Arsenal? Would he be better then Podolski?

Van Persie to Manchester City?

Although Arsenal manager, Wenger, is adamant that Van Persie will not leave Arsenal, a shock rumor appeared today, that City is ready to shell out an offer on the inform striker who is looking to beat Ronaldo's record in the premier league this season. Now if you guys are anything like me, this rumor will irritate you, whether you are a Arsenal fan or not. It seems like whenever a top class player is looking to move clubs, City is ready to swoop in, buy them, and ruin their career. That being said, City has enough world class strikers as is, Tevez, Aguero, Balotelli, Dzeko, and Johnson plays as striker sometimes as well.
I feel if Van Persie is to leave, which I think he will if Arsenal doesn't secure Champions League football, then he will be heading to Barcelona or Real Madrid. It all depends on which of the clubs get Neymar, which I think will end up being Real Madrid. So I believe he will follow Fabregas to Barcelona, which will make Arsenal supporters hate them even more.
So, what do you guys think? Will he leave? Will it be to another Premier League club? Will it be to Barcelona or Real Madrid?

Arsenal Secures Late Win vs. Newcastle

So as Arsenal faced Newcastle today, Newcastle managed to hang on for most of the game, that was until a winner came late into stoppage time as Vermalen scores to give the Gunners a 2-1 win. This is a massive 3 points for Arsenal in the race to secure 4th place. What do you guys think about the game? Do you think Arsenal deserves the win? Who will win 4th in the league? Who should be man of the match?

Dembele to United?

Fulham star Dembele could be on his way to United for a fee of 12m as the plan to sign Modric or Sneijder seems to be getting colder. Dembele has been playing very good in his newly acquired midfield role, and would defiantly spruce up United's midfield. What do you guys think? Would Dembele do good at United?

Crying Manchester City Fan

After United took top spot, a GIF has been going around the net of a Manchester City fan who may be taking City's loss to Swansea a bit too hard.
Check it out:

Pogba Going to Stay After All?

So today, when United took on West Brom, and won 2-0 to a brace from Rooney, the supposedly youngster who was said to go to Juventus (Paul Pogba), made an appearance. He played magnificently, and almost scored his first goal for the club. Plus his partnership with Cleverly looks VERY promising. If Fergie let Pogba play today, there obviously must be something there, and they may have come to an agreement.
What do you guys think? Will he stay? Is it a good thing if he does?

United Are Back On Top!

Today, as United defeated West Brom 2-0 (2 Rooney goals), City lost to Swansea 1-0. And you know what that means! Manchester United are now officially on top, party time tonight! Do you think United will go on to win the season? Or will it all come down to the United vs. City game?

Manchester United vs. West Brom

Another important three points for United, and the second brace in two games for Rooney. Although West Brom looked threatening in the first 10 minutes, United took control and bossed the game. A rather experimental line-up looked fruitful, and Untied managed to get the job done without even introducing Nani!
Rooney's first goal was beautifully finished by a great cross (debatable a shot), by Chicharito. He then converted his second from the penalty spot, a penalty earned my the ever so good Ashley Young. United could have won by a greater margin, but Welbeck failed to finish an open net, and Chicharito hit the post after a beautiful play.
Midway thorough the second half, West Brom received a red card, due to magnificent pace from Chicharito, allowing an easy end to the game for United.
However, what stands out the most, is that United have passed City as they fall to Swansea 1-0! Another great thing to see is Pogba playing along side Cleverly toward the end of the game, showing a promising partnership if Pogba decides to stay.
What did you guys think of the game? Who was your man of the match? Do you think United will go on to win the title now? Or will it all be decided when United goes against City?
