It's hard to be positive about the match against Arsenal on Wednesday, or any of the remaining 13 games of the season for that matter, I guess it's just time to accept we will have to go a season without hearing that beautiful Champions League anthem.

Man Utd 2-2 Fulham
Another painful result, almost salvaged late on when United finally overturned Fulham's lead that they held for most of the game, with 2 goals within 90 seconds from Carrick and Van Persie. RVP was assisted by Mata, and Carrick's shot took a wicked deflection and ended up in the back of the net. But like the rest of the season, heartbreak came in extra time, after Bent scored a header.

Stoke 2-1 Manchester United
A tough result today at a very windy Stoke City as United fall 2-1. It is getting really hard to see us still making top 4 with Liverpool given the chance to go 9 points clear in fourth. In a game that United dominated the possession, Stoke still managed to get a 2 goals from Charlie Adam, both of which left De Gea with nothing else he could have done to try keep them out.
Van Persie equalized after Mata played a very nice through ball (goal below), but it was cancelled out shortly after by Charlie Adam's second goal. And to make matters worse, Evans and Jones went off injured, causing Carrick to be forced into defense, with Rooney and Cleverley controlling the midfield.
It was a tough result, but with Fulham coming up next, United needs to bounce back right away before the big clash against Arsenal.
