Chelsea to Pay Mourinho £12m Per Year and Sign Cristiano Ronaldo?

Aparently, "The Special One" Jose Mourinho, who has recently been linked with a move back to Chelsea, will only return if he is offered £12m plus per year, plus they splurge to buy Cristiano Ronaldo!   Along with these steep requirements, Roman Abramovich (owner of Chelsea), must let Mourinho have total control of all transfers and all things regarding the training ground. Despite how much Mourinho asks for, he remains high up on Abramovich's wish list as possible replacements for the recently sacked Andre Villas-Boas, and when Abramovich wants something, more often then not, he gets it.
While on the hunt for a new manager, Chelsea has put Roberto di Matteo in charge until the end of the season. Di Matteo is a manager I regard highly, so if he does good, he may even get the permanent job.
Mourinho has not been keeping it a secret that he plans on coming back to the Premier League eventually. He was found house hunting in London last week, plus he has recently fallen out with Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who had moved to Real Madrid for a record 80m from Manchester United, is said to have had enough of life at the Bernabeu (Madrid's home stadium), as the fans turned on him, despite him scoring 96 goals in 88 games.
What do you guys think? Is it possible for Mourinho to retun? Or Ronaldo for that matter? What would that do to the premier league if such a prolific striker returned and such a talented manager? And what would that do for Lifa BBVA? Would Barcelona become un-beatable in that league?
